I have head my fit bit versus lite for about a week now and I suspected that the heart rate was not accurate. While in a vigorous workout class my heart rate showed no higher than the 130s although it felt like my heart was beating quite rapidly. Today on the treadmill I felt it should have been much higher. The treadmill itself read 158 while my Fitbit only read about 107-117 steadily. I was more inclined to believe the treadmill due to how I felt. The watch is fairly tight on my wrist so unsure if I’m not wearing properly. Any ideas?

Hello @Hannahkayyyy_, welcome to the Fitbit Community forums.
Thank you for sharing this information about the trouble you've been having with the accuracy of heart rate information.
Before considering other options, I would recommend performing a restart on your watch and to follow all the instructions in this article to improve the accuracy of heart rate information: How to I improve the accuracy of my heart rate rate reading? This has been useful to other users who have experienced something similar.
Please keep me posted on the outcome.

@Hannahkayyyy_ If the heart rate you're getting from the treadmill is from holding on to a handle or bar on the treadmill, I would NOT trust the treadmill's reading. They are usually wildly inaccurate. Use a blood pressure cuff to compare. They usually give you your heart rate along with your blood pressure. I periodically compare readings of my heart rate from my Versa Lite with my blood pressure cuff and they are always spot on. Give or a take a beat or two.
