A few times a week I workout with a trainer. I work out with him for an hour to an hour and a half. It’s go-go go all the time and my heart rate is usually only around 108 bpm. There’s gotta be something wrong because for the whole 1 1/2 hours he pushes us really hard and everyone else’s is 160-180 and I only get 150 for 13 minutes total in 90 minutes?! Doesn’t seem right. Anyone else have this problem? And trust me, I am definitely NOT in shape, I’m the biggest one in the group so there’s not way I should be 108 bpm most of the time! Thanks!

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Candice23. I am sorry for the delayed response.
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing your concern regarding your heart rate being tracked accurately. Thank you for providing the additional details. Heart rate can be affected by several factors including air temperature, stress level, physical body position, and medication use.
Since you were exercising when you noticed discrepancies in your heart-rate readings, the type of exercise or the position of the device may be the cause. See our help article for more information: Are there other factors that can affect my heart-rate reading?
I also recommend restarting your watch by following the steps from this help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
Keep me posted. I'll be around if you have any additional questions.
