Hi,

 

Moved from a Versa Lite to Versa 3  three days ago.... and at once seeing heart rate discrepancies. Used it for 2 intense gym work outs and the  heart rate is showing my zone as 'Below'. I've gone through the previous answers.... ensured that the versa is flat on my wrist...etc etc. 

 

I'm seeing in the community that this is a known issue....Fitbit Mods...please advice!!!

I have posted a while ago about this issue too. One of the moderators told me fitbit is working on it and that they will have me "back on track" soon. It has been going on for 2 years now, so don't expect a fix soon.

I’ve had my Versa 3 for two years and this has always been a problem. I’ll be running along at 138 heart beats per minute when all of a sudden it drops to resting heart rate.
