Heart rate not accurately being monitored during workout

My Versa is currently not giving an accurate reading during workouts. I like my Versa. I do not want to have to replace it with an iPhone watch, however I do need it recording information accurately.

@1malia Can you elaborate? Also can you share some screenshots of your heart rate recording from Fitbit mobile app? What workout are you performing?
