The heart rate zones are not displayed for walking exercises on Versa dashboard since last update. I accepted the update a few days ago. I always start walking exercises from smartphone's dashboard. Has anybody else the same problem? It's important for me because fast walking and swimming are only exercises I practice.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, as well for making sure to update your device. I understand the importance of getting heart rate data during your exercises, and let me help you out with this. Our team has been receiving feedback about this situation and to further investigate, please provide me with the following:

 

  • Your phone's model and OS version.
  • Do you have the old dashboard with the 5 icons at the bottom, or the new dashboard with 3 icons?
  • Do you have the same issue when using the exercise app on your Versa or SmartTrack?
