Heart rate not being tracked

My Versa lite does not read the heart rate anymore. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app but it still doesn't read it. Please assist

I am sorry to hear your Versa Lite doesn't read the heart rate anymore. Thank you for your troubleshooting efforts. I recommend confirming the complete troubleshooting efforts from this help article: Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device?
