Hello Everyone, 

I am quite frustrated that my Fitbit is not displaying my heart rate. I have a heart icon, but no numerical rate. I have done the restart twice. Any suggestions would be much appreciated since the whole reason I began using Fitbit was to monitor my resting heart rate.

@LizGallaway it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not showing your heart rate. By the way, thank you for restarting your watch before contacting our forums.

 

Please visit this help article and follow the troubleshooting steps in order to fix the heart rate issue. Once you've tried these steps, monitor your watch and see if the heart rate is shown again.
