So my Versa is fine and seems to be working all good until I start an intense work out ... I try to keep my heart rate in peak or very least cardio while I’m at the gym but it seams as soon as I get too sweaty the Versa doesn’t read my heart rate which will only mean my calories burnt won’t be accurate and the work out data won’t be accurate! This is a reason I brought the watch so super disappointing. Is any one else having this problem and any idea how to stop it????
Thanks tia

Hi, @tiaclinton , other people have reported that HR detection can be affected by excessive moisture.
One suggestion I have heard for this is to get a fairly cheap wrist sweat band and cut out a small hole so that the lights still have contact with your wrist, but the rest is covered with the swear band to absorb the moisture. Make sure the Versa is nice and snug over the band (but not so tight that it restricts your circulaton, obviously!)
I have not tried this myself, but others seem to have found this solution effective. Obviously you only need to wear the sweat band during and intense workout. Day to day you should not need it...
If you try this out, please do let us know if it works for you. Welcome to the forums!

My Versa does the same, but I may have another issue that is causing it, only one ow the two green lights is working and the other one turns off intermittently, and you must tap it near the light to get it to work again. This does seem to happen the most when I am sweating. When the lights are not working it will not record your heart beat, your activity level or your step count.
