Heart rate not reading and LEDs not flashing

So my heart rate stopped reading and I have reset the Versa numerous times and now realise that there is only one LED flashing on the back so clearly not reading.... given the versa was purchased as a Christmas gift and is only a few months old I am not a happy shopper- what can I do to rectify this ??

Hi @JanineCul, welcome to the community.

The Versa only has one green LED, so what you are seeing hardware wise is perfectly normal. The same applies to my Ionic, Versa and Versa light and Charge 3. They all only have the one green HR LED.

As for why it's not displaying your HR, that's a little harder to to work out. It may help by starting here with this help article. I note you say you have "reset" the Versa, was this a simple restart (by pressing the two buttons) or actually a full factory reset?

My Versa did that for the last couple days and then I did the restart and it took about an hour or so but now it's doing it again. My other issue is one at long sleep it's like logging it a day ahead instead of the day that I've slept

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Nona45 ! I am sorry for the late response.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with Fitbit Versa. Thank you for your efforts to resolve this by restarting the device. I would like to confirm if you see two dashes on your device instead of the heart rate? Are the green LED lights flashing?

Regarding the sleep feature, do you mean that the sleep log after you sync the device today for example is showing for tomorrow? I will be glad to investigate.

Looking forward to your response!
