Heart rate not recording and Sleep not recording correctly

I noticed in November that my Sleep numbers are no longer being scored and measured with the right chart. Now I noticed that my heart rate has not been recording at all. I turned it off and back on, but it did not change anything. Any suggestions? I have a Versa.

Mine is doing the same; I just contacted Tech support (using Twitter) and now waiting on the reply.

 

i noticed the LEDs on the back side don’t blink any more.
