Heart rate not showing, affecting Sleep Stages.

for the past 2 days my heart rate has showed as "--" and the sleep function is only showing 'basic' information. I've only had the versa for approx a month now - can anyone help?

Hello @NelD, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. 

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for letting us know about this situation, as not having a heart rate reading will affect Sleep Stages. At this moment, I would like to suggest you the following:

1. Restart your Versa by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen.
2. Clean the sensors on the back of the Versa with a dry piece of cloth.
3. Wear your Versa a bit higher up in your arm. 

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let me know the outcome.
