My heartrate has suddenly stopped working on my fitbit versa. I have gone to the settings and made sure it is on. I have restarted my fitbit. It just has the heartrate symbol with to dash's beside it. Any sugestions please

I am having the same issue. My sensor was red, it happened in the middle of the night, so I don't know exactly what happened. The next morning my heart rate sensor was not working. Just a tiny faint green light and no reading. I tried all the troubleshooting methods as well. Do this sensor just fail? Hope we can find a way to fix.

I have this issue as well I did the update on my Fitbit and now my heart rate and sleep log is not working. I contacted the help chat and I did a factory reset and it still does not work. I have no lights on the back of my watch flashing! Please help

I’m sitting on the couch watching tv. My HR indicates 197, 205, etc. then goes to dashes and has one re light on the back.

Same here. They sent me a replacement with an old version 32.32 and the date on the package was 2015

I am experiencing the same issue. Heart rate sensor is not working anymore. Tried reset and it stops reading after a few seconds. Both the menu enabled option and soft reset fail to fix the watch. Fed up and hoping an update corrects things.

Very disappointed in Fitbit and technology in general. We pay a lot of money for these items and they don't last and become obsolete and companies think we are going to just buy a new one. It's a scam if you ask me. I don't go for that and will not invest another penny in a Product the company won't stand behind when an issue arises for so many. My Versa stopped tracking sleep and heart rate and their suggested solutions failed to improve any functions. It also has to be charged every other day. I set up my Versa May 3 2019 and it stopped doing it's job June 7 2020. Bad investment.

Hi,
I also start getting the heart rate issue after update few days ago. It stopped showing heart rate and no green light at the back as well. I tried all the steps mentioned, also tried factory reset my device multiple times but no luck.
Could you please help to get this fixed?

Same problem after update in early June. Tried all the troubleshooting steps to include resetting, deleting and reinstall app, and add versa2 as a new device. At Same time also stopped showing phone calls and text messages.
