Heart rate does not show when I set up in custom focus. It is showing correctly when I look in health stats. Does anyone know how to fix.

Hello @TerryG64 and welcome to the Community.  If you use an iPhone, just be patient.  This is a known bug with version 4.03 of the app.  Fitbit is very aware of the issue, but I don't know when it will be fixed.
