Having the same issue with my Versa. Was playing softball on Sunday and heart rate was active during my game. Later that afternoon I looked and heart rate was stuck at 0. No flashing green lights on the back.
Tried restarting (multiple times), turning heart rate on and off (with restarts in between each setting change), and have factory reset it with no luck. My Fitbit has also started going in restart frenzies. Where it will constantly turn on and off on its own (with still no luck on heart rate working).
Not sure if there was an update or something that caused the trigger, but no idea why it suddenly quit and started having these issues
