Heart rate not syncing with the mobile app

Dear Experts

Have bought fitbit versa special edition today  

Day one and I have the below list of issues. 

1. Heart rate doest not sync with mobile app. 

Tried all options posted on the community but no luck. 

2. Map recording was completely off track. I have been using stravia with my phone directly and never had GPS reading recorded incorrectly. With the app on for activity, the GPS recording was completely off track. It recorded a walk as 0.9km which was supposed to be 2km.

3. I always have no click any link twice to work. The first class is ck shows no internet and the second click opens the link.

@Ideakhan Are the sensor lights on the back of your Versa blinking? Have you tried switching the sensor OFF and back ON (open Settings app on your Versa, scroll to Heart rate) and rebooting the tracker (press and hold the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo appears)? Regarding your GPS tracking, it seems like your GPS is getting killed. That's why you cannot see the full map. What phone model and OS do you have? Make sure Fitbit mobile app is not being optimized in the Battery Settings if you have Android. Also, make sure Always Connected (Android devices) and All-day sync are on in the Fitbit mobile app. Finally, if you're on Android, you can lock the Fitbit mobile app in the background by screen pinning. Google that for your phone.
