Heart rate not working & sleep not accurate.

Hello, as of Sat my heart rate quit working & my sleep tracker only logs 2 hrs of sleep ea night. I have made sure I am wearing correctly and not too tight. I have restarted the Versa and it is still not registering my heart rate. I have made sure the heart rate tracker is turned on. My Versa is currently fully charged. This did all start when the battery was low. I did also check and make sure the gree light was working and it is. Any help would be much appreciated. As I rely on the heart rate tracker & sleep for day to day life.

@Kfnunn welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it's stopped tracking your heart rate and sleep. I appreciate the troubleshooting steps that you tried before contacting our forums.

 

I'd like you to try one more workaround that has been helpful which consists in performing a factory reset. To do so on your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Please sync your watch before this in order to avoid losing current data, Finally, monitor your Versa and see if your heart rate and sleep is being tracked again.
