The heart rate is no longer showing on my Versa 2 which is less than 2 months old. On one watch face it shows a four digit number. On the other it shows only a heart. The other three watch faces don’t appear at all! The heart rate issue first began 2/21 and the watch faces disappeared yesterday. I tried installing the most recent update but it did not fix the problems. I’m very disappointed because without the heart rate it is not calculating my calories even when I enter the activity manually. This Versa 2 is actually a warranty replacement for my original Versa. Thanks for any advice.

I hope they help you out. My Versa 2 stopped working properly after a few weeks also. I returned it to Costco, but fitbit will not refund me for the premium subscription I purchased. Can't use the subscription without the watch. They have a lot of problems and are not solving my issue after many many emails. Good Luck. PS my new Apple watch is great. Worth the additional cost
