Heart rate not working and watch keeps restarting

Watch is 3 months old and worked perfectly, since Friday evening it keeps resetting itself every 2 or 3 minutes - I have factory reset on Friday and this fixed it for a couple of days but this has started again this evening.  No heart rate (so not exercise)  captured since 3pm and it’s vibrating every couple of minutes when it resets (annoying) I am not using Fitbit pay as suggested in other posts - please help

I have now reset the clock back to a fit bit produced one and still same issue. I have a recording of the her working for seconds then switching off again (argh)

Mine keeps restarting too. I've had mine since April 16 and I've only noticed it now, super frustrating.
