My fit bit versa lite heart rate is not working. I have done everything from resetting and all sorts. The green light will just not turn on at ALL! What do I do? I bought this in 2019 and it’s been working fine since then and then after the software upgrade it just completely stopped working. I’m active in the gym and really need my watch. Any other options for me to do as I’m completely stuck
