Heart rate not working on Versa

The heart rate info has stopped working on my versa. Don't know how to fix.

Let me help you figure out what could be happening. I'll move this thread to the Versa board as I think it is better suited for it.

I'd like to ask you some questions about the situation:

• Could you explain exactly what is going on? Are you not seeing your current HR on your Versa's screen?
• Do you see the HR sensor lights on the back of the Versa turning on?
• When did this start happening?
• Are you seeing any HR data in the Fitbit app?

If you are not getting anything on the Fitbit itself, I'd recommend that you try to follow the steps listed in this help article.

The heart lights up, but bmp is just dashed lines. All of the other symbols ave numbers next to them It started about a week ago and the versa is about 2-3 months old.
