My Fitbit is no longer tracing heartbeat. It only has a red light in the back. It was working fine until a day ago. Tried to restart my Fitbit but it won't.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi @Sunshine7982 Try restarting several more times. If it is still not working, go to the settings app on the watch and turn heart rate off. Then in the settings app scroll down to Shutdown. After a few minutes or half an hour press any button to wake it up again and go back the settings app and turn heart rate back on. If there is still no green light please come back here.

There was no shutdown option. It just deleted heart rate off of my app entirely. Still no green lights either way.

I think you misunderstood what I suggested. On your VERSA go to the settings app and turn off Heart Rate (not the app on your phone).

I have done this as well and now there is no light at all on in the back of my Versa.

I have no light now @NellyG . I turned the heart rate back on via the Watch itself and nothing. Anymore suggestions?
