Heart rate not working on my Versa

Hi,

 

The heart rate monitor on my Versa lite is not working. The green light at the back has stopped too. I have factory resettled the watch and still nothing.

 

Please help!

Regarding the heart rate tracking issues, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

In order to avoid providing the same information, let me know how the factory reset was performed. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, monitor your watch for the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.

I am having the same issue since the last update a couple of weeks ago. BPM is double and eradic and that messes up the sleep tracker. Please provide a fix for this issue.!! It also seems to drain the battery much faster. Please no virus excuses.

Hello, I am having the same issue with my Fitbit versa. Heart rate is incorrectly reading very high (120-150 bpm) all of the time. I’ve compared it with a pulse ox, it’s the versa that is incorrect. My battery is also draining in about 48 hours rather than my usual 5+ days. I’ve done a reset but that hasn’t changed anything.

My BPMs have not been working correctly either.  This is causing calories to soar!  What is the fix?  I've tried to reset the Auto on/Off and nothing changed. I've only had it a year and don't expect to have issues.  Help!

My BPM and Sleep are not working. Dis factory reset last night, settings, about, factory reset. My second fitbit.
