Good day all. My Fitbit versa does not show my heart rate anymore.

I have tried the various resets etc. My heart rate is enabled in settings and the green light at the back is working aswell. But on the watch face it just shows "--" as my heart rate.

Any other suggestions are welcome.

Hi @Petronel, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it doesn't show or track your heart rate. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After trying these steps, monitor your watch for the next 24 hours and see if it tracks your heart rate properly.
