Heart rate not working properly on Versa.

The heart rate feature on my Versa has been "NULL" for the last 3 hours. Don't think my sensor is working at all

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for having reported this to us. Tell me, are you able to see the green light flashing on the back of your Versa? If so, I would like to suggest you to restart the Versa by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen.

 

Now, in case you're not able to see the green light flashing on the back, tap on the Settings app on your Versa, scroll down and make sure Heart Rate is ON. If it's ON but you're still unable to see the green light flashing, let me know so I can check this further.
