It worked the first two months and now the green light is out. I’ve tried to reset it and turn the monitor on and off and resync with my phone. Still no luck. I’ve also cleaned the back.

Check the settings to make sure the HR monitoring is on.

If the restart doesn't work, you could try doing a Factory Reset.
