Heart rate on app and device doesn’t match

Hey, 

so I recently noticed that my heart rate display on the app (in real-time) doesn’t match my versa. The difference isn’t 1 or 2 heart beats but 10-15. 
anyone knows what’s going on?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, the information that was shared in your post is appreciated. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced such situation and how many times since then? The discrepancy is always 10-15bpm or it increases? Which mobile device are you using to check the Fitbit app? In the meantime I receive your answers, please try the following steps:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the operating system of your phone is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.
  7. Let me know if the issue persists.
