Heart Rate being monitored while in swim mode

Have you tested the tracker to see if the Fitbit is able to read a heart rate while swimming?

It’s a bit hard to swim right now.  So the 2 pieces of data I need are a running clock with seconds and heart rate.

swimming or stopwatch has the clock. I down loaded the hr zones app. and can see he but not a clock

Hello @Normberg after you put your tracker into the Run mode. Seconds, down to the tenth, will be displayed at the bottom of the tracker. 

Swipe left or right to put heart rate in the middle stat.

So are you suggesting I swim with the run mode selected?

If you want to test if the tracker can read the heart rate while swimming, then yes. 

Some users that sweat a lot have already complained that they have to stop running and dry the arm and tracker off to get the heart rate to read.
