Heart rate on verse 3

A few days ago my Versa 3 went crazy. It starts reading my resting heart rate above 100 I tend to be about 69 normally so I went and checked it on the blood pressure monitor my husband has and sure enough my heart rate was about 70. Also has quit giving me sleep details and at miscounts the hours I've slept like telling me I went to bed at 10:30 and woke up at 5:30 and that I only got 3 hours in 19 minutes sleep I know you're awake some of the time but I was asleep most of that 7 hours

My Versa3 does the same stuff unless I wear it very snug.

Thank you for your reply.. I've tried that I've tried different places on my arm even looser still doesn't track sleep or heart rate.

I just ordered a Galaxy Watch 4

Through with Fitbit I've bought 2 in 4 years the first Virsa The face holding out of after a year and a half, and now my versa 3 just quit tracking my heart rate properly or my sleep, supposed to be waterproof and I didn't even ever shower in it so I don't know what the problem was.. That's $500 in 4 years for smart watches I decided that was unacceptable. I like the look of the Verse but I don't want to waste my money on another one.
