Heart rate quit working on my Versa

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

BPM locked up then quit showing anything on my device.

I have shut down, turned heart rate off then back on and restarted several times this morning.

Still cant get the sensor light on or BPM to show on the device.

It is syncing to my phone and I have synced several times.

This watch is barely 6 months old.

I would appreciate some input or a replacement.

Thanks in Advance,

@TexasSix it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it stopped tracking your heart rate. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article may contain steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After trying these steps, monitor your watch and see if the issue gets fixed.

Keep me posted on the outcome! 😀

Yes, i have done all of those things several times with no results. Still
no BPM display this morning.

The sensor light never flashes. It appears to me the watch is faulty.
It is disappointing as i depend on the fitbit to allow me to exercise.
Without it i have no idea when i hit my peak, telling me to slow down.

Is there a software fix for this known problem in the versa or am i stuck
with it?

Thanks for your help

Hello, are you still involved in my situation with my Versa and no BPM, or do i need to go to customer service from here. I still have no BPM display, my calorie count is not accurate due to heart rate not being calculated. I got no sleep report, no active minutes reported, and no minimum 250 step count. I would appreciate so help with my device. It is just barely 6 months old.

Thanks
