My heart rate is working and appearing on my versa all working ok.  However my app is however not picking up the heart rate properly and doesn't show the graphs or show it on the today page as the current rate, but anything else it isn't showing.  I have logged out of app restarted phone cleared cache etc please advise.

@SjllWiz it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. Regarding the heart rate information that is not showing on your Dashboard, I appreciate the time spent trying the troubleshooting steps before contacting our forums.

 

Please make sure that your phone has the most recent Fitbit app version installed. If the app is up to date, try setting up your Versa from scratch. Don't forget to sync your watch in order to avoid losing any current data before the setup. Finally, monitor your Versa and see if the heart rate is synced properly and the graphs are also shown properly on your Dashboard.

I have done this but it is still not updating and showing me the graph.  I am also getting a message on my notifications every 15 minutes or so to say I need to restart device to access notifications on my watch?? This hadn't happened before on this device.  Really not happy at the moment.
