Heart rate readings too high on my Versa

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Hi,

After swimming in sea my versa watch started to show my heart rate almost 190bpm even while i am sleeping.  So it calculated  5000 calories burned... What should I do? I saw a little droplet in heart rate sensor:(

@Buket welcome to our Fitbit Community! By the way, I'm sorry for the late response. However, I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it's tracking high heart rate readings.

I'd like you to restart your Versa as described in this help article. This will refresh your watch internally. After this, make sure of the following details:

  • Your device is positioned correctly on your wrist:
  • Tighten the band so that it doesn’t slip on your wrist. For more information, see How do I track my heart rate with my Fitbit device?
  • Heart-rate tracking may not work with certain accessory bands, especially if they’re loose fitting. For best results, use the wristband that came with your device.

Keep me posted on the outcome! 😀
