Hi,

 

I would like to ask how frequently Fitbit Versa records the heart rate when they automatically recognize exercise. Is it each 5 seconds as it is when I don’t do any exercise or each 1 second as it is when I actively start exercise?

Hi, as long as you wear your Versa your HR is monitored continuously. Hope this helps.

your post did not help much. I know that HR is monitored continously, but I am still wondering about frequency. As I wrote, I know that in “standstill” mode it measeres it each 5 seconds. If you turn on the Exercise, it measures it each 1 second. I do not know the frequency when the activity is automatically recognized (not purposely turn on in app Exercice) => is it each 5 seconds or each 1 second???
