Heart rate recording too high

Versa 2 had been working correctly until about a week ago. App dashboard also changed. No longer shows today for heart rate. Shows week, month, 3 month, year. Heart rate now recording too high. Sleep score not showing for months except occasionally it might show one night.  Was there an update?
