I have already called fitbit about this multiple times and they say "it's a common issue and they're working on resolving", but essentially my Versa is registering a 100-150 bpm heart rate most of the day (which means that I have 400-600 active minutes per day). The only time the heart rate is actually accurate is when I'm working out (ironically). This is super annoying because I've been relying on my fitbit to track my nutrition/calories as well and my calories burned are artificially >3000 per day. I haven't changed anything about how I wear the fitbit or how my day looks. I've tried all of their troubleshooting steps (aka restarting etc). I'm currently on week 3 of this issue. Anyone have a similar issue/solution?

I've been experiencing the same issue since Sunday (4/19). It started recording off the chart high HR numbers in the middle of the night and hasn't been the same since.
I also tried all of the aforementioned tips to reset it without any luck.
It's a real bummer because all of my data (sleep, exercise, calories, etc.) is all skewed now.
