My Versa2 for the past week has not been recording my heart rate correctly and continues to vibrate all the time to tell me this. It's so frustrating. I do have a green light on the back still...
I've tried restarting, re charging, etc...
Can anyone help? It's 2yrs old.

As a first step try swipe up to see if you have a heart rate in the Today section. If so, its probably a clock face problem, try changing the clock face to a standard Fitbit one.
If its still a problem try going to Settings on the watch and turn Off heart rate, then head to Shutdown, place it on the charger or touch the button to restart it and see if that stops the vibrating.
If that works try then re-enabling heart rate again.
