Hello,
The Heart rate sensor shows very high values (eg. >180 BPM) for several days (my health is fine). My normal results are 60-70 BPM.
Restart my device did not solve the problem. How to fix it?
Version: 32.70.7.14 (Fitbit Versa)

I tried to enable / disable the Hear Rate (in Settings) on Versa. Now, my watch is not measuring heart rate... (-- BPM is displayed on the screen)
Unfortunately, I don't know how to solve this problem. It was for me a very useful feature.

After the Factory Reset, the Versa screen looks strange as damaged.
[Updated:]
And now, the screen is completely black...

I got mine as gift at Xmas and since Feb. I have to charge every 18-20 hours. Also tracker and heart rate stopped working in March. I called and they did update and nothing has changed. Now I can't get through. I also have an android. Ugh.
