I wore my Versa to the beach and though I was not submerged in the water, the Versa died. Days later it miraculously revived, and I was able to charge it. But the battery had clearly been affected as the charge would drain in a few hours. Now the heart rate sensor, and steps counter has spotted working.
Over the days of trying to fix it I did restart it multiple times, and eventually did a factory reset with no results. The Versa is more than a year old so it is out of the warrant period. But it seems ridiculous that for its price, the water-proofing was so poor, and there are no options for repair or replacement. Has anyone had any luck of fixing these issues on their own?
