Hi, the heart rate monitor on my brand new Fitbit isn’t working. I already shut it off and hard reset it. I also tapped it a few times to get it moving. Calling customer support but have been on hold for half an hour. Any help would be great.

Regarding the heart rate tracking issue that your Versa experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums. I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone after the first attempt you had. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided.
