I bought 2 fitbits, one for myself and another for my fiancé who was a friend at a time. I bought them February 2020. I year and 8 months down the road, the versa 2 is completely shut off, versa lite can’t tract heart rate, steps, distance etc! I called Fitbit for help and I was told to factory reset the versa lite which I did but It didn’t work. I called again and customer service said we are sorry you have no warranty. So basically my money is down the drain. For anyone wanting to buy a Fitbit, just know they have a shelf life of 1 year and a few months!
