Despite being worn tightly around the wrist, my 20 day old versa was unable to detect my HR.
It was working fine the day before. Overnight, it started taking intermittent HR. Causing my versa to keep locking up. After a factory reset, it completely stopped detecting any HR. Green light is still working whenever I lift/ remove the watch to check.
Please help! Appreciated.

Same for my Versa... Multiple resets but no luck...
I am not able to find any settings related to HR anymore inside the Android app...

Mine started doing the same thing. I did a reset and it started working again, but how long till it crashes again. Unfortunately I've had mine for over a year so I doubt I can get a replacement. So bummed that fitbit can't handle the issues with this model. My stats for the day are crap now.

I had to turn it off and back on again after not getting a HR reading for about 5 days. Really disappointed at the longevity of this device

I'm also having trouble with my Versa not tracking my heart rate anymore. I hadn't worn it for about a week; I fully charged it and put it back on, but about 48 hours later it stopped tracking my heart rate. I have tried doing the "restart 3x" thing, to no avail. I was thinking about getting my parents each one for their respective birthdays, but if the product does this so often (as this thread seems to indicate), I may reconsider.

Had this been addressed/answered? Mine hasn't picked up a HR ot sleep schedule in 3 days and I just realized today the green light sensor on the back isn't lit up. Tried restarting it and nothing.

My heart rate sensor on my versa went out a few days ago and all of a sudden my battery is being drained very fast. I'm now at the point of having to charge my watch every night. This is the 2nd versa I've had since last April. I've already done a hard reset several times, turned the heart rate option on & off but nothing works.
Please help!

They are a rip off. They wouldn’t help me replace my Versa since my warrant was a month expired. They gave me a 25% off coupon to buy a new one!

Yes they are! They offered me the same discount after telling me my warranty period has passed. They're also aware that this is my 2nd versa but apparently the warranty is only for the original purchase! PEOPLE DO NOT BUY ANOTHER FITBIT! THEY ONLY LAST FOR A COUPLE OF MONTHS AT BEST!
