my fitbitb versa is off my arm and green light is still on . I have turned the heart rate setting off and shut the versa down to no avail. So please advise what to do next

I have talked to 2 people in support today. Yet after doing all they have
suggested my Versa still does not work properly. It all started for me
after I did your firmware update. If that helps any.
