Heart rate sensors not working

Last Thursday my  heart rate monitor just stopped working right after a workout. The sensors were blank and nothing registered. I tried rebooting my watch, re-syncing, turning the monitor off and on etc...it did not work. Friday night at midnight it suddenly started working again, however it read my heart rate (while sleeping) at 156! My resting heart rate is typically around 57. Since then I've tried completely resetting the watch to factory settings, removed it from my phone and completely set it back up. The monitor lights are now on, however the rate is still double what it should be making it appear I'm just burning calories like a crazy person, or about to have a major heart episode. All these days of screwed up heart rates has killed my stats - which is very frustrating. This watch was received in January... What else can I do!?

The same thing happened to me with my Versa recently. I’ve done all the steps like you restarting, factory reset etc and still my heart rate tops at 187 when I’m doing nothing! I called customer service and because my watch is over a year old there is nothing they can do. Since you got yours in January you’re still within warranty and should be able to get a replacement.
