Heart rate sensors not working

I have an issue with my Versa I have switched on I have made sure the battery was flat then charged up and no luck please can any one help?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post. If the heart rate sensors of your Versa are not flashing as they should, please follow the next steps to restart your device:

 

  1. For Fitbit Versa, press and hold the back and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If you still have issues with your device, turn it off and turn it back on. For more information, see How do I turn off my Fitbit device? 

 

Let me know if the issue persists.

Hi

I have done that to and still not working so I am now doing factory reset
and still not light for heart rate nor pulse!
