Heart rate sitting at 125

This is my third post in as many days I'm beginning to think this is my most regretted purchase.

I did 30 mins of spin tonight and completed the exercise, logged it. My heart rate went back to normal as I rested and then suddenly it jumped up and is stuck on 125. (on fitbit and app) I have restarted it twice and cleaned the sensor as well as my arm. It did go back to normal for a minute so I put it back on and now it's jumped up to 114 and is frozen there again after the restart? I've tried syncing. I've tried other wrist. I've tried putting it on to charge. I've restarted it a bunch of times. 😔😔😔Screenshot_20190115-195856.jpg

It appears this is a common issue.  My Versa read 175 HR for 6 hours.  I tried everything you did and nothing cleared it.  It’s a misread of the device.

I reset it again and put it on charge over night and heart rates just been jammed on 85 all night 😒

Took it off charge, reset, cleared the heart rate. Have put it on for 30 seconds and it's back at 85. I'm laying in bed so it's definitely not 85.

So frustrated.
