Heart rate, sleep and calories issues

I was so looking forward to this product as I loved my Blaze but what a let down!

 

  • Heart rate rarely tracks and when it does it is ridiculously inaccurate
  • Sleep doesn't track at all
  • Calories from exercise don't always sync to my daily amounts

 

So, this watch is pretty much pointless, and after reading these forums I think Fitbit need a product recall as their clearly faulty! How do we get a refund?

About your refund inquiry, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase from Fitbit.com for any reason, you have 45 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund. For more information, check our warranty policy.

 

If you purchased the Fitbit from a retailer, you need to follow the retailer's warranty policy.
