Heart rate, sleep, and hourly activity not working

I’ve seen a lot of people having trouble with the HR not registering anymore... mine stopped last week, without warning! I’ve tried everything (restarting, shutting the Versa down, and even resetting it back to factory settings), all the advice on here and it’s STILL NOT WORKING! Is there anything else that can be done???? HELP!!!

@Phoenixf08 it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not tracking your sleep and your heart rate properly. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

I'd like you to try the tips and troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article also contains the steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, monitor your heart rate and see if it gets tracked accurately.

Keep me posted on the outcome! Smiley Happy

I looked at that article first. I’ve tried all of that. Still isn’t working. I’m not wearing it too tight or too loose. I’ve reset several times. I’ve shut down several times. I’ve reset to factory defaults. I’ve tried everything. Is there any other things to try? I’ve been scanning the posts and I’ve tried everything in here.... what else is there?

Have the exact same issue, tried all that you have then wasted an hour this morning on the phone to support who’s solution was it’s a firmware issue. No timeframe available as to when the update will be released.

Only solution I have found is to keep turning the heart rate off then on but this only works so long as you are stationary, as soon as you move the heart rate jumps back up until you reset again.
