Heart rate spikes with versa 2

Since purchasing a versa 2 I’ve noticed some spikes in my heart rate

i don’t believe it’s an issue with the versa I am having these spikes and currently under cardiology awaiting some results for palpitations and heart rate shooting up every morning when I get up and start moving.

yesterday I noticed my versa said 140bpm after going up some stairs I couldn’t feel this (no pounding etc) so checked my pulse which was around 80 it took the watch a while to eventually display 80 and the 140 was not registered in the app

again last night I had 2 x 122bpm spikes one when brushing teeth

I’m curious about the whole sensor thing how accurate is it would my heart rate have been 140 ? Why would it show that if it wasn’t.

before purchasing a versa I never had any heart rate issues or atleast nothing that I noticed having it on my wrist all day long now is causing some anxiety especially when it shows 140 i check and it’s not because then I start to think it must have been 140 for it to show that...

any advice or info on the accuracy of the sensor would be really helpful like why didn’t the 140 show in the app, can it show higher heart rate when it’s not high at all as thought it’s trying to adjust or something.
