Heart rate stopped working on Versa Lite

The heart rate stopped working on my versa lite. The green lights do not flash either. I have restarted, shut down, and re-installed and still does not work.

Same with me. Doesn’t recognize zone minutes. Totally messed up.

@Jlsd I am sorry to hear your Versa Lite stopped tracking your heart rate. Thanks for trying to resolve this, I appreciate the additional details and I am here to help. Since the steps you tried didn't work, I've gone ahead and escalated your case to our Support team, for them to take a deeper look at this. I got my Versa 2 December 2019. Heartbeat reading stopped the afternoon of Oct 27. it only showed 2 dashes instead of the numeric reading. 

After looking at the recommendations from your tech support here on the forums I tried these reset options:

 From Setting screen on Versa 2, I turned Heartbeat OFF then ON. Still no heartbeat

From Setting screen on Versa 2, I turned Heartbeat OFF, the performed Factory Reset. The unit did not come back fully. It only faintly showed the blue Fitbit logo (diamond made of dots) with words "download app". 

 

The battery is fully charged. 

Could someone either guide me through how to reset?. Or tell me where to take or send it for repair?
