Bmp and green light not functioning after update. Was working until a factory reset. Everything says to go to settings then heart but heart isn't actually in my settings for some reason. I have toggled it on and back off on the phone app then resync but still not working. Anyone else having this? Was told by support it is now broken and need replaced. Which it is out of warranty so it won't get replaced at this point.
