Hi all! My Versa has been working fine but this afternoon, the heart rate functionality stopped working completely. I tried cleaning the back of the device, and then went thru some steps with someone from Customer Support, culminating in a factory reset which did nothing. Now it won’t even track my steps!! I’m so annoyed because it was tracking steps fine before the factory reset. Has anyone had this issue and is there a solution that doesn’t include purchasing a new Fitbit???? Thanks in advance!

The only thing mine will do now is my steps. It won’t even keep up on syncing with my phone I have to do it manually 😡
